My Approach
Therapy begins with a conversation.
A space where you can speak openly, without fear of being judged or needing to be “right.”
From there, we begin to clarify — at your pace — what is unfurling in your inner and outer reality.
I work in a combinative and adaptable way, drawing on different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs.
Together, we look at motif, belief systems, and emotional strategies, while also making space for what is said between the words.
Over time, this work can help you:
- recognise and understand your motivations and coping strategies
- respond differently to environments and occurrences that once felt overwhelming
- develop a deeper trust in your inner experience and authentic responses
- feel more confident in your relationships and at home in your life
