Grief and loss

To speak of sorrow
Works upon it
Moves it from its
Crouched place…

— Denise Levertov

Grief is not always obvious.

It can be the loss of a person—but also a relationship, a sense of self, a place once called home, or a life you imagined.

Often, it is the unspoken and unexpressed aspects of grief that keep us feeling stuck.
The words can feel heavy. Or absent altogether.

In our work, we make space for these experiences—gently, and without forcing them into neat explanations.

While grief can feel like a slow and uncertain path, it also has its own intelligence.
When given space, it can deepen our capacity for compassion, connection, and meaning.
